We provide email and online support systems. These systems track questions, progress of requests, and make sure they are answered in time and without confusion. Please use them. You will be surprised how well they work and will probably get much better answers than if you called us. Details of these systems are below.
We do not provide a telephone contact for support requests. The reason we do not accept calls from the public for support purposes is that we provide some free modules which have thousands of user’s world wide. When we provide our phone number we are overwhelmed by telephone calls from users.
